Glenwood Springs Police Department will be kept for a maximum of 90 days
and then destroyed. It is possible that the owner of the
property have their agent pick up the property prior to the 90 days
expiring.

out of safekeeping at the Glenwood Springs Police Department, the
following must be done:
-
The owner must make arrangements through
their agent or by themselves;
-
The owner must provide their agent
with a notarized letter documenting who the agent is and what
property is to be picked up;
-
The agent must have proper
identification so that the Glenwood Springs Police Department can
document who the property is released to.
