The Glenwood Springs Police Department provides the
following services at its office during normal business hours
(Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding
Holidays):
1. Records
-Copy fee: $1.00 per page
-Reports can be faxed
2. Bicycle Registration
-Fee: $1.00 per bicycle
-Download the

-Registration is free during the
annual Bicycle Rodeo
3. VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) Check
-Fee: $15.00
-Either front desk personnel or an officer can perform
a VIN Check.
4. Certified VIN Check
-Fee: $20.00
-Only a Certified Law Enforcement Officer can perform a
Certified VIN Check. Currently, GSPD has one sworn officer that can provide
this service. Please call us at (970) 384-6500 to make arrangements
for a Certified VIN Check. You can also check with either the
Colorado State Patrol, or the Garfield County
Sheriff's Office if our officers are not available.
5. Fingerprinting for Pre-Employment
-Fee: $20.00 for fingerprints only
$25.00 for fingerprints and photograph
-Provided by front desk personnel during normal
business hours only. |
